Any of you that frequent Dragon Con in Atlanta, GA might want to check out the Tai Chi demonstration put on by James Garner.
James sent us the info and here it is ...
"For those who're attending Dragon Con next weekend, I'll be holding a Tai Chi Chuan panel again this year. This year, the name of the panel is "Of Yin and Yang - Tai Chi and Tai Chi Chuan" and will be on the Silk Road track. Although the Dragon Con schedule hasn't been posted yet, I expect the tai chi panel will in the same time slot as last year - Saturday at 1:00pm in the Chicago rooms. If you're attending Dragon Con this year, please stop by!" -- James Garner
I participated in the demo a few years ago with Sifu Cook, and I must say it was an excellent experience. The room was full of people and they were eager to participate. James does an excellent job of organizing and executing this event each year.
UPDATE 8/27/2008 - The schedule for Draon Con has been posted. My Tai Chi Chuan panel will be on Sunday (instead of Saturday) at 1:00 pm in room M101 in the Mariott Marquis.
